By downloading or using FitCast ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

FitCast is an AI-powered outfit suggestion app that uses real-time weather data to recommend what to wear. The app offers both free and premium features.

Subscriptions & Purchases

FitCast offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly) and one-time credit pack purchases.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

AI-Generated Content

Outfit suggestions and images are generated by artificial intelligence and are for inspiration only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or availability of suggested outfits or clothing items.
AI-generated images may not perfectly represent real clothing.

Weather Data

Weather information is provided by Apple WeatherKit. While we strive for accuracy, weather data may not always be precise. FitCast is not responsible for decisions made based on weather information shown in the app.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass credit or subscription systems
Interfere with the app's infrastructure or servers

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in FitCast are owned by us. AI-generated outfit images created through the app are provided for your personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

FitCast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to outfit choices, weather inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for users who violate these terms or abuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
